Clay D. Geittmann

Clay D. Geittmann was born in Woodinville, Washington in 1971. He received a B.A. degree in English from Eastern Washington University in 1994 and his law degree from Gonzaga University in 1997.
Mr. Geittmann was one of the principal drafters of the Wyoming Uniform Trust Code originally enacted in 2003, and as revised in 2005 and 2008.
Mr. Geittmann is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and has an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Geittmann is a member of the Wyoming and Washington State Bar Associations as well as the Teton County, Wyoming Bar Association. Mr. Geittmann has substantial experience in estate planning, probate and trust administration, business planning and tax law.
Mr. Geittmann has published articles in the Estate Planning Journal as well as the Wyoming State Bar Association publication, and has presented various estate and business lectures at local and regional conferences.
