Matthew E. Turner
Matt Turner was born in Jackson, Wyoming, November 8, 1965. He earned his B. S. in Electrical Engineering at University of Notre Dame in 1988, and in 1993 he earned his Juris Doctorate at University of Kansas, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and was Note and Comment Editor of the University of Kansas Law Review. He was admitted to the State Bar of Kansas and the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas in 1994; the State Bar of Missouri and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri in 1995; and the Wyoming State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming in 2003. Matt is a member of the Teton County Bar Association, the Defense Lawyers Association of Wyoming; and the Defense Research Institute. He is BV Peer Review Rated. Matt is a fourth generation Jackson Hole native; his family owns and operates the Triangle X Ranch in Grand Teton National Park. He and his wife, Jamie, have three children.
