Phelps H. Swift, Jr.
Phelps Swift was born in Lake Forest, Illinois, January 9,
1954, and earned his A. B. cum laude at Harvard University in 1976. He earned his Juris Doctorate with honors at the University of Wyoming in 1983 and was a member of the Order of the Coif. He was admitted to the Wyoming State Bar and the U.S. District Court, District of Wyoming, in 1983. Phelps has lived in Jackson since 1984 and with his wife, Pam, has raised three daughters in Jackson. He has a great golf handicap.
