Mullikin, Larson & Swift's attorneys have served Teton County School District No. 1 since 1974. While serving as attorneys for Teton County School District No. One, we have had the opportunity to assist the School District with a variety of legal and educational issues, including but not limited to: personnel issues; bidding procedures; student expulsion and teacher termination administrative hearings; drafting of real estate documents, recreational releases and other contracts; civil rights claims by students and personnel; representation in construction disputes; drafting of policy and policy revision; and representation in litigation against the District.
